Detoxining and cleansing spa ritual

It’s a course which is suggested to all those people who want to benefit a
cleansing effect on their skin and a relaxing one for their minds.
A delicate bamboo retexturing enzymatique will be applied on the body by an operator
after the steam bath. The course goes on with aromatic hot environments, emotional
showers and steam baths . The treatment ends in the relaxing room equipped with
water mattresses and a depurative herbal tea.

Relaxing shoulders and nape ritual (duration 110’)

De-toxining and de-contracture course for the cervical area, good for people who perceive typical muscle tensions during working hyperactivity.
Aromatic hot steams, emotional showers, calidarium, sauna baths are the prelude of manual nape and shoulders treatment(15’) on the water mattress. Herbal tea and relax in the chromotherapic and musicatherapic room.
In order to reply in an aimed way to the needs of your guests, we alternatively propose you the shoulders and nape relaxing : - “shining look” in order to decongest, refresh and rub the look area.

For all the people who want a treatment or a massage, at SPA
Monrif by Clarins body and face specific treatments menu is available.
For any massage and/or treatment purchase, the Water relax treatment will be
givenaway.
In order to access the Spa courses guests arrive dressed, and then in the dressing
room they can find the necessary cloths (slippers, towel, throwaway underwear,
bathrobe).
Remind that the fitness area is at guests disposal on the morning, from 7 to
10 a.m., and in the afternoon, from 17 to 21 p.m. free entrance for the hotel
guests.
The swimming pool and Jacuzzi areas are opened from 17 to
21 p.m. from Monday till Friday and from 15 till 19 p.m. on Saturday. The assistance staff
is in the swimming pool area all the time.
It’s allowed to access the area in different hours buying a personal assistance
service, with reservation.
With reservation, and paying, it possible to have at own disposal a personal
trainer.
